Job Analysis

The Job Analysis is completed by our Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) through a review of the employer’s job description, interview with the employer, and an onsite evaluation of the job duties being performed. A report will be provided based on the findings, which includes specific descriptions of the essential functions, equipment used, environmental conditions, and physical demands of the job. Job Analysis is utilized for obtaining clarification regarding job duties when a formal job description is unavailable, addressing any job accommodation issues whether temporary or permanent, coordinating physician/medical approval for return to work purposes, and obtaining clarification surrounding work relatedness/injury causation questions.
