Jackie Stackpole, MS, CRC, CCM, CHCQM, CEAS, ATP

Ms. Stackpole is a Rehabilitation Consultant with ten years of case management experience in multiple settings including inpatient rehabilitation hospital, disability insurance, and workers compensation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Furman University in 2007 and went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Georgia State University in 2011. She achieved Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) in 2011, Certified Case Manager (CCM) in 2013, Certified in Healthcare Quality and Management (CHCQM) in 2014, Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS) in 2015, and Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) in 2016. She is also Georgia Catastrophic Rehabilitation Supplier #03406.

Ms. Stackpole began her rehabilitation consulting career at Shepherd Center Rehabilitation Hospital and completed a graduate clinical internship from 2010 to 2011, providing vocational counseling and medical care coordination to patients with traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries during hospitalization, as well as post-discharge. After completion of the internship, she joined The Hartford long-term disability insurance department, providing vocational counseling, case management, expert transferable skills, and vocational employability analysis to the claims staff. She expanded her practice to inpatient case management at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital from 2011 to 2014, providing medical case management and discharge planning to patients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, amputations, and major multiple trauma. She joined Exceptional Case Services in 2014 as a Rehabilitation Consultant, specializing in workers compensation, medical case management, home assessment, ergonomic evaluation, job site analysis, and catastrophic consulting.

Ms. Stackpole is currently a member of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Professionals (ABQAURP).
