Melanie Haley, RN, CRRN
Ms. Melanie Haley is a Registered Nurse with more than 25 years of experience in the medical profession and more than 18 years of experience as a medical case manager and consultant. She graduated from Florida Community College at Jacksonville with an Associates of Science Degree in Nursing and is licensed as a registered nurse in Florida.
Ms. Haley began her practice at St. Vincent’s Hospital Riverside in Jacksonville Florida working as a Cardiac Telemetry nurse. Over the next four years her practice included working as a staff nurse with pre and post heart catheterization, pre and post open heart, medical surgical and telemetry patients and as a preceptor to new nurses. In 1996, she expanded her practice into Telephonic Case Management for TMCA/Noveon managing workers’ compensation patients, returning to direct patient care in 1999 at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville Florida.
In 2000, she began working for CorVel Corporation as a telephonic case manager and progressed to Case Management Supervisor of both Field and Telephonic Case Management. She assisted with staffing and opening offices in Pensacola and Tallahassee. Melanie returned to Field Case Management with Genex in 2016.
Ms. Haley joined Exceptional Case Services, Inc. in 2017 as a medical consultant to continue her case management career.
She is a member of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses as a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN), and Workers Compensation Claims Professionals.
In 2018, Melanie expanded her nursing licensure to become a Multi-State Licensed Registered Nurse.
